Requirements:
 Object oriented development knowledge
Good programming skills and SQL knowledge
Experience or willingness to learn open source java technologies like, spring, graymound, struts, jbpm, hibernate, toplink, soa tools etc.
Ability to read technical documents on English
No military obligation or military service postponed >= 1 year
